Procedures for students with deficit/negative lunch account balances
Each student has their own lunch account. Lunch accounts should be prepaid. It is the parent/guardian responsibility to make sure their student's accounts are in good standing.
Elementary - students with a balance due will recieve and email daily, a request letter will be sent with student once per week and phone calls will be made as needed.
Middle - students will be allowed to charge up to $9.00.
High - students will be allowed to charge up to $6.00.
**No charging allowed for ala carte snacks or beverages.
Secondary email notifications will be sent daily, letters will be mailed weekly and phone calls will be made as needed. Secondary students will receive an alternative meal at no charge when charge limit is met.
