    Our New Pick-Up Window at Mitchell Elementary School.  Just come to the circle drive on Mt Prospect St in Bridgewater between 945am and 1230pm on school days, M-F.  It's easy, no PIN number, names or questions asked.  Meals are Free for the entire school year.  Free meals are also available at 
    Laliberte Elementary in Raynham, on Pleasant St, 945am-1230pm.

    Per the USDA, all meals at all B-R Schools are FREE for all students, for this entire school year, 2020-21.  
    Choosing a meal served at school or at a remote pickup location (MES and Laliberte) directly benefits the B-R School District and the B-R Food Service Program.

    Remote Meal Pickup, breakfast and lunch, is available at both the Laliberte Elementary School and the Mitchell Elementary School at their circle drive entrance areas between 945am-1230pm on school days.  
    There is no preordering necessary.

    or if schools are closed because of an emergency.

    Student Identification or PIN #s are not necessary at this for in-school meals or remote meals.  

    You may receive more than one day's worth of meals for weekends and/or remote learning days. During remote pickup just tell us the total number of meals that you would like us to pack for you.

    and let us know what you need.

    The A La Carte Snack Station is now available to B-R HS and Williams students during lunch.  
    Pay with Cash, a Check to "B-R" or Funds on Account for all items at the A La Carte Line.

    Multiple Meal Pick-Up

    Current School Meal Distribution
    B-R HS Grades  9-12 .... Students eat in classrooms at designated times.  Both breakfast and lunch are available and FREE at any time in the food court between 7am to 1145am.  You may take breakfast and lunch at the same time.
    BMS Grade 8 @ HS .... Students pick up FREE breakfasts and lunches in food court. Students eat lunch in cafeteria at designated time.  Breakfast and lunch are available for 8th graders upon arrival to school.
    BMS Grade  7 @ WIS .... FREE Breakfast and Lunch available in Cafeteria  at designated times.  Students eat in designated areas.
    RMS Grades 5-8, PK .... Students pick up FREE meals in hallway near classroom at designated times and eat in classrooms.  
    PK meals given to teachers/aids to serve in classrooms.
    Williams Intermediate 4-6 .... Students pick up Free Meals in cafeteria, eat in designated areas. 
    Laliberte Elementary 2-4 .... Students pick up free grab and go breakfasts and lunches in cafeteria at designated times, eat in designated areas.
    Mitchell Elementary K-3 .... Students pick up FREE meals in hallway near classroom at designated times and eat in classrooms or designated areas.  
    Merrill K-1 .... Students pick up FREE meals in hallway near classroom at designated times and eat in classrooms or designated areas.  

    Remote Meals, Mitchell Elementary .... Between 945-1230, just enter through the circle driveway on Mt. Prospect St in Bridgewater and tell our Lunch Crew how many FREE meals you are requesting.  We'll pack them up and set them on a table for you to......."grab and go".

    • Breakfast and Lunch Grab and Go Bags/Boxes will be available for all students attending school and those attending remotely. Please note menu items available are limited and subject to change. There are no substitutions to Grab and Go Meals.   Menu links are noted below.
    • As usual, students can always bring their own lunches to school.
    • A La Carte/Snack/Beverage options are currently available at Williams Intermediate and the B-R HS.  Funds on account, cash or check necessary for a la carte purchases.

    A few other notes from the Food Service Director, Eric DeLisle

    • If applicable, complete a Free and Reduced Meals Application and return to any school's main office.  We'll process it, and send a letter back to you.  If/when school meals are NOT free, we'll have your current benefit status ready to go.  See links below.
    • Balances (positive and negative) on student accounts remain.  Some schools (HS, WIS) are selling alacarte, snacks and beverages, in which case students will need to pay as usual.  No PIN Pads will be used, students will tell cashier PIN or name to complete any alacarte transactions.

    2020-21 Free and Reduced Meals Application

    All  meals are FREE for students during the 2020-21 School year per the USDA.  However, you may compete a new application that may entitle you to other benefits associated with your benefit status based upon your completed application.  In addition, benefit status will carry over for 30 school days next school year, 2021-22 (assuming school meals operations return to normal).  

    If you would like to apply for free or reduced price meals, return it to any school's main office for processing, or the Food Service Office at MES, 166 Mt Prospect St, Bridgewater, MA 02324.  You may also scan or attach a copy of your completed application to an email to brfoodservice@bridge-rayn.org.

    Application packets are sent home with all students at the beginning of this school year and for new students upon enrollment.  Aplications are available at the link above or at any school's main office.

    You may also compete an application on-line at 

    If you've received a Direct Certification Letter from the Food Service Office indicating that you are eligible for free meals, you do not need to complete an application.  You may apply for free and reduced price meals any time during the school year, as many times as you like.

    Cafeteria Account Refunds/Transfers  
    If you want to be refunded for any money on a student account, send an e-mail to Eric DeLisle at brfoodservice@bridge-rayn.org.  Let us know student's name and who to make a refund check out to.  We also need to know the address it should be sent to.  We'll process it right away.

    If you want any money on a student account transferred to a sibling, send an e-mail to Eric DeLisle at brfoodservice@bridge-rayn.org.  Let us know the student's name and who to transfer the money to.  We'll process it right away.

    Please note that all student cafeteria account balances, positive or negative, will roll over to the next school year.  Parents/guardians are responsible for payment of any lunch/breakfast charges incurred in the B-R Cafeterias.

    Some Important Notes 

    Lunch Prices, Cafeteria PIN #s, MyPaymentsPlus.com, Cafeteria Payments

    • Student Lunch prices for 2020-21 at all schools are FREE
    • Lunch includes 5 food components including a meat/meat alternative, whole grains, fruits, vegetables & milk. 
    • Grab and Go Breakfast is FREE at all schools. Breakfast includes 4 components including meat/meat alternative, whole grains, fruit & milk.
    • Student PIN #s remain the same year after year.  If a student has forgotten their PIN, cafeteria cashiers are able to assist in the lunchroom if necessary.
    • On-Line payments are accepted at mypaymentsplus.com.  Parents/Guardians may set themselves up as users and add students to their account.  You will need the student's 8 digit ID # to set up on line payments.  Please email brfoodservice@bridge-rayn.org to obtain 8 digit IDs.  You can monitor purchases on cafeteria accounts on-line at mypaymentsplus.com whether you pay on-line or with cash or checks.
    • You may pay daily or prepay any amount with cash or checks made payable to "BRRSD".  Please include student name, PIN or 8 digit ID in memo portion of checks.  Cash and Checks will be accepted by cafeteria cashiers in the lunchroom.
    • Students that need to "charge" a lunch may charge up to two lunches ($6.30).  This is strictly enforced in Grades 9-12.  Students at B-R HS are not allowed to charge meals if they have cafeteria debt in excess of $6.30.
    • Students with cafeteria debt are not allowed to purchase "extras" or "a la carte" items until the debt is paid off.
    • All purchases made are the responsibility of parents/guardians.  Contact the Food Service Office if you have any questions.

    Any student that wishes to start their day with a prepackaged grab & go breakfast should go straight to cafeteria when they arrive at school. Select a breakfast bag (choose fresh fruit and/or milk if wanted), and go through cashier line. Full pay Breakfast is $2.00, Reduced Price is $0.30, or Free if student qualifies.

    Substitute Cafeteria Workers 

    Are you looking for a part-time job in our school cafeterias, or do you know someone that might be interested? 

    We're always looking for friendly, smiling faces that want to join our team as an on-call substitute cafeteria worker.  Many on-call substitutes become permanent workers when positions become available.  If you can work any school days between 10am and 145pm (we're flexible) and you're interested in coming on board to help in any of our school lunchrooms, send an e-mail to edelisle@bridge-rayn.org or click here to apply (link to on-line application not active a this time, check back in the Summer of 2020).
